Frequently asked questions

Can I import clients from Excel?
Yes. You can import from Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. Map columns to first name, last name, email, phone, certification level, agency, and notes. A template is available.
Can I print dive trip sheets?
Yes. Use the “Print trip sheet” button on any trip. The sheet includes dive center info, date, site, boat, instructor, and a participant table. Start/end pressure fields are left blank for you to fill by hand on site. You can enter the data back into DepthDesk later.
Is it available in multiple languages?
Yes. DepthDesk supports English, French, and Spanish. You can switch language in the app and on the landing page.
Will there be a mobile app?
We are preparing a mobile app for field use: trip check-in, timings, tank pressures, and notes, with sync to your DepthDesk account.
